Blue Moon Partners, LLC (BMP) is a boutique private equity platform & management company centered around capital injected from the principals, friends & family, focused primarily on hospitality & other asset-backed investments, while also offering value-added services to its direct stakeholders. Formally created in 2010 by a father-son team, both of which act as the managing principals, the company primarily executes ventures through its various BMP-affiliated entities. Through the course of their professional careers, both managing principals have been involved in various hospitality & real estate projects ranging from development, acquisition & re-positioning, conversion, management, brokerage, capital raising, joint ventures, franchisor selection, lender relations, deal structuring & consulting. The principals take an equity stake in all of the projects they have been involved with and the majority of the time, play an active role in the ongoing management of the business/investment from project inception.
